"The farm house is in a very rural location, we were looking for a quiet situation for our whole family to come together and this was exactly what we hoped for. There really is nothing around you except fields and definitely no neighbouring properties. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut. "The second time here after 5 years but only for three nights. I was amazed how quiet it is no white noise. The weather was awful so didn't need the barbie but did use both wood fires and even cooked on the one in the kitchen. Lots of wildlife even saw squirrels from the lounge. Nice clean and tidy.
