This two-level residence is a sought-after base for groups as it accommodates up to 6 guests. The ground floor opens up with a cozy living room furnished with a sofa and dining table, apt for music, movie nights and meals, a full kitchen for group cooking, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with essentials, whereas the first floor only has two bedrooms with 2 single beds each plus one en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom and a toilet for convenience. Attached balcony on both floors, Wi-Fi for planning beach trips or booking wine tastings, and parking right outside – these are some additional amenities.

Days shape themselves around possibilities - some mornings begin with golf at sunrise, others with coffee on the terrace. You might spend an afternoon at the spa, drifting between sauna and massages, or under the sun by the outdoor swimming pool, lounging. Tennis courts, walking paths and cycling routes make group days out easy to plan and stress-free to enjoy.

Beyond the estate, the region has vineyards in every direction, local markets full of olive oils and fresh baked goods, and the Riviera coast within an hour’s reach for a beach day.
