I stayed for 9 nights. The location is a good one, in a safe and attractive area of San Juan, close to the beach and a large supermarket, a Starbucks and walking distance to theatres and good restaurants in neighbouring Miramar. The room was small but ok. It would have been preferable to have a microwave, in addition to the fridge provided. There is little insulation around the door and the windows. Employees can be quite loud and boisterous in the morning, cleaning and making repairs. There is no personal balcony, as suggested in the hotel's description. The roof terrace has no seating, and the railing on the stairway up could use a spruce up. Overall, I would return again.

The hotel was beautiful and a pleasant surprise. The decor was modern, the rooms were spacious and bed was extremely comfortable, I got a great nights sleep. Staff was friendly and the providing of breakfast was a plus. Plenty options for food as well, as there are restaurants in the hotel as well as walking distance. Rooftop pool and bar are an added bonus; they had great views.

Room was good but dated, toilet wouldn't stop running.. asked front dest to sweep my patio and get rid of some ants as well as clean cat hair off my lounge chair on Saturday, never seen anyone and i left on Tuesday

Clean and very professional staff

The amenities were great! Our room was right by the water park, which was great for us, although I would have felt safer in a room that didn’t have a glass door on the ground floor. And if it has it, might asw well open from the outside with your room key. The room was spotless when we arrived and the first day it was spotless again. The second day, not so much. One of the restaurants was underwhelming but everywhere else was great! The staff was delightful, remembered us every time they saw us. My son was just thrilled. A perfect little getaway for a parent and child, and I bet it would be amazing for a couple too, but probably better to stay in the top part of the resort! One thing to note is stop on the way for anything you need if you don’t have a car. The taxis are silly expensive!
