Perched above La Jolla Village and the Pacific Ocean - yet close to both - this 2-story, 7-bedroom, 6-bath Mediterranean style home on 1/3 acre is as charming outside as it is inside.

An extensive patio features a large adobe fireplace with lots of seating. A barbecue and a table for dining al fresco right off the kitchen, makes meal making easy. The terraced lawn provides a great space for family games.

The hot tub in the garden is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring La Jolla Village, or an adventure to one of San Diego area’s world-renowned attractions.

At the end of the hallway up 14 stairs, is a large “dormitory suite” above the garage. This room has a large flat screen TV, a closet, an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, so this area can sleep 6 comfortably.

Return to the downstairs foyer and straight ahead is a dining area that seats 8-10. French doors take you to the outside patio with the fireplace, hot tub, additional seating nooks and the outside dining area.

To the right of the dining room is a living room with a fireplace, a large seating cluster, 2 additional seating nooks, and access to the outside patio.
