The swimming pool, a real asset of the rental, will offer you moments of freshness during hot summer days. The pool is not heated, but it is equipped with a dome that allows you to naturally warm the water thanks to the sun, whilst also offering the possibility of swimming sheltered from the rain. It is situated in a second garden area, entirely enclosed, for more privacy and safety.

The 30 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to enjoy your meals and grilled food in the open air, with no overlooking neighbours.



Upon entering the house, you will discover a small living area providing access to a large, warm TV lounge, overlooked by a mezzanine fitted out as a games room, with plenty of children's toys and board games. An ideal space to gather after a day at the beach. The veranda, flooded with light, will seduce you with its small lounge set facing the fireplace and its large dining table, perfect for your meals in a warm atmosphere, whilst enjoying the view of the garden and swimming pool.

The American-style kitchen, modern and perfectly equipped, offers you everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle as well as all the essential utensils.

On the sleeping side, the house has five comfortable bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. A first bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a second with a double bed (140x200), a third with single beds (90x200), and two other bedrooms are fitted with bunk beds (80x200), ideal for children. The house also has two separate toilets, a shower room with shower and hairdryer, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, for everyone's comfort.



For even greater convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, a high chair and three private parking spaces for your cars. You can secure them inside the garden or park one right in front of the house gate.
