"It was very clean, very friendly , nice staff. They fixed any issue right away...ex: no shampoo in bathroom..went right to storage and got it. We are English in a French speaking place...they spoke to us in english..and very egar to surve"

Nice hotel but.. could have been better
"The room was very clean! But… The cleaners never came in to make the bed or take the used towels away. Actually… they never came in the three days we were there. I even had to call down and ask for clean towels"

"The Omni Hotel was very, very nice, located right close (5 minute walk) from Mont Royal, in a very nice part of the City of Montreal. Dining was everywhere within several blocks and the accomodations were excellent!"
