Fantastic modern base with great transport links Very well situated hotel, 5 minute walk from Parc Phoenix and the tram line, and close to the train station. The studio was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals, air-conditioning was perfect and soundproofing was excellent. We loved the rooftop pool - warm and a lovely way to end the evening, with a great view of the runway and planes taking off. It is on the small side and can get busy, and it closes at 8pm which was our only complaint. The area is a bit more downtown, but we found a few local shops with everything we needed. Super easy to jump on the tram day or evening, and only 10 minutes to the airport the other way. Great for day trips too - train to Monaco was 9 euros return. Tip: Take the L2 / L3 towards Port Lympia for the beautiful parts of Old Nice, and download the tram app - 2 day ticket is 13 euros or 7 day for 20 euros for unlimited travel.

Great Breakfast and close to the airport

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at B&B Hotel Nice Aéroport. At approximately £100 per night, I expected a reasonable standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. During my stay, I found that there were no bathroom amenities provided in the room. There was also no fridge available, which was inconvenient for guests staying for more than a single night. In addition, I was required to pay a deposit to borrow an iron, yet no ironing board was provided. This made it difficult to use the iron properly and safely. The air conditioning in the room did not function effectively, making the room uncomfortable. I was also disappointed by the lack of a telephone in the room to contact reception or customer service. On several occasions, I had to travel from the sixth floor to reception simply to ask for assistance. Communication was also challenging, as I found it difficult to obtain help in English when needed. Taken together, these issues resulted in what was one of the poorest hotel experiences I have had, particularly given the price charged for the room. I would appreciate your response to these concerns and would like to know what action you intend to take regarding this matter. I also believe compensation should be considered in light of the significant shortcomings during my stay. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
