「The room has excellent views in a space that oozes character. The shared spaces and rooftop terrace were a very cool added bonus. We stayed in the blue suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The only slight issue was a faint odor coming from the second bedroom. We didn’t use that room and closing the door solved the problem for the rest of the suite, but it is worth noting. 「Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!」

「We had an excellent stay! We loved the house, the cats, and the beautiful views! We spent maybe wonderful evenings cooking pasta and drinking wine in the yard. The only downside was the house was a bit farther than walking distance (which may be what you’re looking for!) and the road was pretty bumpy and dusty. We had a great time and would love to return!」

"It’s in good location and a historical architecture, which is authentic, but my room was not comfortable. The floor of my room is tilted towards into the middle of the bed, especially, from the front of the closet to behind the bed is severe, which sounds whenever I went through. So I felt like seasick in walking around. The bathroom is wide and comfortable, and breakfast is good, though. One more, I sent an asking-message about my check in one week ago, but their reply was at the same time as I checked in. It was that to ask keeping my luggage before check in. As I was tired, I didn’t ask to move to other rooms. The floor of the room caused the ground subsidence like the cathedral… no, my room was on the second floor.
