「My girlfriend liked it so much we stayed a second night! It was a great location, I dipped into the ocean for a few minutes. The service from the front desk met our needs & they worked hard to make things right with our benefits from hotels.com. The only problem we had was with the gate to the beach, there were no instructions on how to operate it, so when we closed it behind us, other guests were stuck walking around the property to get back in. Then we saw later from our balcony another guest...
「It was very nice hotel. The room was clean and all room faced to ocean and had a 0cean view balcony.
The restaurant also had nice balcony seats.
But there is no instruction how to connect wifi at the room. So I asked a front staff, he replied 'please wait in you room,' but nobody came to my room. I asked 4 times and 3 hour later, finally he told me which one should I use and password.
It was very disappointment event for me.」

Is an Ibis, you know what you are getting: clean rooms, toilet and shower. Hot water with good pressure. And that's it. The TV was good as well. We stayed one night and enjoyed our time there. 」
「Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. Kitchen floor was also sticky when we arrived so we had to go ask the receptionist on the 9th floor to have someone come mop. 」
