Ideally located in the heart of La Bourboule, in a beautiful residence with elevator, right next to shops, a few meters from the market and thermal baths, and close to all amenities, this lovely 2-bedroom apartment (approximately 63m²) is situated on the 2nd floor and boasts a corner location. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is included.

This apartment comprises a pleasant living room facing east and south, opening onto a balcony with a beautiful view; a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) opening onto the balcony;

a second bedroom, also opening onto the balcony, with a queen-size bed (160cm) and storage (wardrobe and shelves);

a storage/pantry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A private parking space and a cellar in the basement, ideal for storing your ski equipment, are also included. Rental for up to 4 people

Idéalement situé au coeur de la Bourboule. Belles vues sur la ville et les montagnes environnantes. Parfaitement équipé avec lave vaisselles, lave-linges et sèche-linges. Décoration de bon gout et de facture récente. Superbe appartement à louer sans hésitation.
