Très mauvais propriétaire de l’hébergement

À notre arrivé. La réception a annoncé que le bien était déjà loué par d’autre personnes. Il s’agit en fait de sous location dans un camping. Après avec eu le propriétaire de l’établissement au téléphone celui ci s’est engagé a trouvé une solution pour nous loger étant donné que le bien n’était pas disponible puisque deja occupé. Le propriétaire nous a totalement ignoré et nous avons dû trouver un autre logement par nos propres moyen ! J’ai par la suite reçu un remboursement plusieurs jours après ! Cela est scandaleux !
