"Perfect location at La Barra. Spacious room size with lots of wardrobes and brand new towels, robes and sheets. Attentive and 24/7 staff. Wonderful food at breakfast, restaurant and room service. Beautiful bar. Great gym area and pool. My only suggestion is that the pool could be heated. Love it and hope to come back soon!"

"Desde afuera el lugar parecía prometedor, pero fue un desastre. Reservé una habitación con baño privado y nos dieron una habitación con el baño fuera y compartido. Todo ocurrió en las primeras horas del check-in: el lugar estaba sucio, la cocina en pésimas condiciones, había bichos en la habitación, el baño era precario, con poca presión de agua y cerraduras que no funcionaban. Lo peor fue que nos dieron toallas sucias, una con sangre y otra con aparentes desechos humanos. En recepción dijeron que “ya sabían que estaban así”. Inaceptable. Nos fuimos el mismo día y no quisieron hacer ninguna devolución. El dueño nunca respondió y Expedia tuvo que intervenir. Tras varios días y llamadas, Expedia resolvió, pero no es algo que uno quiera vivir en vacaciones. No lo recomiendo. Busquen otro lugar."

"Very nice rooms clean organized. Loved the balcony and small kitchen just for a few snacks. Tons restaurants and bars and coffe places plus mall within 5 min. Great location. Only 10 min walk to beach. Star so nice with had a little more English but still helpful. If breakfast allowed to order eggs it would be perfect but still nice buffet breakfast w lots grout pastries etc. Great hotel and location"

"Excellent service from staff location close to shopping centre clean room only small disappointment basic breakfast for an upmarket hotel the coffee is in a big urn which keeps coffee hot but make it very bitter although there is a proper coffee machine grounds are vwhich is not "

"Great rooms, lovely vibe. The service was excellent, they were very nice about loaning beach chairs / umbrellas. Also did laundry service and they did a great job. 10/10 hotel, would highly recommend."
