「Cute little hotel in downtown Liberia. It's pretty basic but clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. After our flight was cancelled on a Saturday evening, we ended up at El Cerro along with many others from the flight. The staff worked hard to get everyone settled, gave us late night dinner options, and booked cabs back to the airport for the morning. So grateful to the wonderful front desk person on Sat March 21!」

「Nice room with perfectly renovated bathroom (I had #2). Good air condition and bed. Perfect for a quick early morning drive to the airport. Nice surroundings but close to main thoroughfare and restaurants and just across from downtown. (I brought a sleeping pill to sleep through the moderate street noise). Coffee available in lobby, nice surroundings and friendly bilingual personal, easy check in. Great value, recommended! 」

「Great hotel for a stop over the night before our flight. The pool was great, room was clean and the breakfast included was nice. 」

「Rooms were clean. Pool side and restaurant were great. Ran out of towels though. High demand as hotel was very booked, but just brought down our room towels. Restaurant was good but slow service and it wasn’t that busy when we dined. Shuttle are small and in high demand and we’re not quite on time so a bit of stress in the crowd outside at 5am. Most staff was friendly except the front desk when I asked about the late shuttle.」

「La cuisine etait parfaite pour cuisiner mais la piscine laissait a desirer. Les enfants ont adoré la glissade deau mais la 2ieme piscine et le spa netait pas ouvert et leau etait horrible. La piscine netait pas ouverte en tout temps comme nous laurions voulu, comme le matin a 9h00. 」

「Close to airport. Poor communication on how to access the property. I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. While we could have moved the smaller bed to the second bedroom, it didn't have any AC and was blistering hot. I messaged asking for a new room or some kind of help and received no...

「 A long and bumpy ride up to the lodge. As soon as you check in they force you to pay for breakfast as you are disoriented and tired from the ride. You are told you are not allowed to decide in the morning if you are even hungry. Paid for two for breakfast. In the morning only one could eat breakfast because the other was sick. Asked for a refund for the one, two weeks later never received it compensation. Also Couldn’t even open my balcony door because the outside smell of sewage. Paper thin...
