"Great staff, beautiful hotel "

"Stayed here for 2 nights and I can say it’s the best budget all inclusive hotel in Costa Rica! Location and food was great but there’s not a lot of food options to choose from. They have friendly staff but not the ones in the restaurant. They are just busy talking to each other and doesn’t even want to have an interaction with guests. View was nice! Looks like a painting from afar! Also, don’t forget to hang the DND sign on your door as the hotel staff just go in to your room without knocking and refilling bath towels. "

"The restaurant that was open had a great view. Roy, Arturo, and Victor provided great service. The property was very well kept and the offerings were wonderful."

"Swim up bar was nice, only had 1 main restaurant but they did have dufferent themed dinners so the food changed. I wished the staff catered to you while on the beach but otherwise it is a very nice and friendly property. "
