Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 65 m² apartment with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, for rent in L'Île-Rousse. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with two double sofa beds (140×190), TV, dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and single bed
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- Two terraces of 25 m² and 35 m², facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 50 m² shared garden, fully enclosed
The apartment is ideally located in l'île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking space.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest ferry terminal: Ile Rousse, approx. 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, approx. 22 km away

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
