The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in L'Île-Rousse, this charming 59 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're just waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed
- Dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities
- Several water sports activities
- Hiking trails close to the accommodation
- Visit the Balagne region
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: L'île-Rousse train station, about 4 min by car
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport, about 20 min by car / Bastia Poretta airport, about 1h10 by car
