Posizione eccellente

La ca sa rispecchiava le mie aspettative. Esterni con sdraio e comodissimo tavolo stto un pergolato per pranzare e cenare fuori. Cucina con tutte le comodità. Letti molto rumorosi e il divano letto non molto comodo. Wifi funzionante solo nella camera da letto negli altri locali predeva il segnale... Vicinissima al supermarket, comodissimo. Piscina condominiale con vista mozzafiato. Adatto alle famiglie. Un ottimo appoggio per visitare le splendide spiagge dei dintorni

Magnifique appartement

Avons passé un excellent séjour, un peu trop court dans ce très bel appartement rez de jardin joliment fleuri et arborisé, avec ses 2 terrasses ombragées.L'appartement est très bien aménagé avec suffisamment de vaisselle pour ne pas être obligés de faire la vaisselle tous les jours.L'appartement est tres confortable

Tolles Appartment in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig mit tollem Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt und auch ins Stadtzentrum ist es nicht weit. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Wohnung zu viert

Gute Ausstattung, alles da, was man braucht, sauber, zwei Terrassen, kleiner Garten, toller Pool, citynah. Einchecken und Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett und unkompliziert. Hilft sofort bei Fragen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Équipement piscine absent et réception Wifi nulle

Logement agréable avec un coup de cœur pour la terrasse et le jardin enclavé, néanmoins la propreté laisse à désirer. Le Wifi est partagé avec d'autres résidents et le signal est intermittent et effectivement limité à la chambre !!! Grosse déception concernant la piscine, située au fond du parking et totalement dépourvue du moindre équipement !!! ( Transats et parasols...) Heureusement il y a les villages de Balagne et le littoral...

Logement spacieux idéalement situé à l’île Rousse

Logement spacieux pour 4 avec un extérieur (jardin et terasse) très agréable. La véranda est un atout supplémentaire. Logement très bien équipé! Très bon accueil et disponibilité de la personne sur place.

Agréable séjour à l'Ile Rousse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Le propriétaire Mr Eckert et Virginie qui nous a accueilli sur place sont très réactifs en cas de besoin comme ce fut le cas lors de notre séjour. La belle terrasse est appréciable mais si quelques nuisances sonores sont liées à la proximité d'une petite station de lavage auto. L'appartement et la cuisine sont très bien équipés. Belle piscine réservée à la copro. Ne manque que la clim et la literie à améliorer.

Séjour à 2.2km de la mer

Nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Les + : cuisine parfaitement équipée, double terrasse (pour profiter de l'extérieurà l'ombre), piscine en commun. Les - : le lit (en bois) craque à chaque mouvement, chaleur à l'intérieur, distance de la plage : nous avions sélectionné ce logement n'étant pas véhiculé car plage à 900m d'après l'annonce. La plage est bien à 900m mais à vol d'oiseau! La véritable distance est 2,2 km que nous avons parcouru à pied (environ 25min) tous les jours en descente puis montée. La voiture est donc à privilégier. Virginie est une hôte très sympathique et l'île rousse, très jolie!

Beau séjour corse

L'appartement est vraiment super. C'est intime et commode. L'accueil de Virginie (celle qui s'occupe du ménage) est très sympathique. Deux bémols seulement : le stationnement réservé pour la propriété est souvent utilisé par d'autres et cela a engendré, au début de notre séjour, quelques frictions avec les voisins. Aussi, la piscine, partagée par tous les résidents de la « Cala di mare » est super... cependant, elle fut fermée par la ville au troisième jour de notre séjour d'une semaine pour des raisons de « colliformes fécaux » et ne fut plus réouverte. J'aurais trouvé élégant de la part du propriétaire de nous proposer un petit rabais a postériori, puisque finalement, c'était une des principales raisons (la piscine) pour laquelle nous avions loué cet appartement, et nous n'avons pu en profiter que 3 jours sur 7... Cette piscine est mise à l'avant-plan dans l'annonce (première image), on s'attend quand même à pouvoir en profiter pleinement. Merci néanmoins pour ce très beau séjour! Nous avons adoré notre passage à l'Île-Rousse.

Superbes vacances

Très agréable séjour dans très belle location tout à fait conforme aux photos, il ne manque rien et propreté impeccable. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, terrasses très agréables et magnifique piscine très propre. Situation idéale, commerce proche. Très bon accueil. A recommander.

Très bien surtout les terrasses et le barbecu, un gros bémol pour la literie, il faut changer les lattes qui ne tiennent pas surtout sur un côté, autrement location pas loin de la plage et du centre

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est bien situé et permet d'accéder rapidement aux plus belles plages. Très bien équipé. La terrasse et l'espace extérieur sont super ! Dommage qu'il n'y est pas la clim' dans la chambre pour les nuits chaudes.
