With a total area of 120 square meters spread over two floors, the villa offers a comfortable and welcoming space for all guests.The distribution of Villa Anna is organized over two floors, thus offering a greater level of privacy and comfort for all occupants.

American kitchen : (well equipped: dishwasher/oven/vitro/refrigerator/filter coffee maker/utensils) 1 bathroom: with shower (toilet + sink) 1 bedroom: with 2x 80cm. Entrance terrace : measuring 30m² and enjoying morning sun. Rear terrace :with porch and garden, afternoon sun, and are oriented to the community garden, direct access to the community pool. The measurements are 15m² and 35m² respectively. Floor 2: 1 Bedroom: double 1x150cm with access to a terrace overlooking the pool 1 bedroom: triple with bunk bed (1x140 below and 1x90cm above)
