Apartment for up to 4 guests in L’Escala, with a sea-view terrace and access to communal grounds with a large garden and swimming pool.

The living and dining area is spacious and bright. It has one exit onto the sea-view terrace and another with views of the garden. The apartment also has a kitchen.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Located on the seafront promenade, the apartment is just a few steps from Riells beach. The communal grounds offer a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy your holiday.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
