    Appartment for rent with shared swimming-pool in the area of the harbour of La Clota, close to the beach of Riells. Port Marina 2 is the perfect accomodation for families with children who like to enjoy the pleasures of the sea staying close to an animated área.

    The main advantage of the appartement is its location offering wonderful views to the port. Thanks to its large furnished terrace, you will be able to enjoy a cool moment or a drink sitting in front of the sea.The flat is on 3rd floor and is divided into a bright living-room, an open full-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (1 with double bed, one with 2 individual beds and one with trunk bed) plus a complete bathroom.

    The commune parts are composed of a green garden and a nice pool, which enable people to rest and relax while the children play. The flat is prepared for you to spend some unforgettable holidays: it offers free Wifi (2 devices at a time), TV and a parking place in the block’s garage as well as a lift going down to the parking área.

    Port Marina 2 is perfectly situated between the harbour of La Clota and the beach and you will find in the neighborhood a large offer of leisure places, restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to know more about the Costa Brava, do not hesitate to come to the agency. We will help you to organise activities for you and your kids.

Hébergement très bien placé avec belle vue.Mais trop petit pour 6 adultes au niveau des chaises de la terrasse où il n'y en avait que 4. La 3ème chambre est très petite elle n'est pas adaptée pour 2 grands enfants ou adultes. Et en plus pas de placard pour ranger les affaires. Il manque vraiment une clim, les nuits sont invivables par forte chaleur.Et il manque aussi des ustensiles de cuisine pour faire à manger pour 6. Pas de grandes poêles et manque quelques saladiers. Attention les protections des matelas sont sales faudrait peut-être en mettre des jetables .Mais si non bel appartement mais plus pour 4 personnes. Nous y reviendrons quand même si clim ou ventilateurs car bien placé.

Bel appartement spacieux et vue magnifique et piscine

Appartement clair et spacieux grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le port et situé en face de Roses Parking privé sécurisé avec ascenseur jusqu'à l Appartement situé au 3ème étage et situé derrière la résidence une belle piscine avec douche et transats Manque juste des ventilateurs dans les chambres pour pouvoir passer une bonne nuit par ses grandes chaleurs

Die Lage ... ein Traum

Eine angemessene Wohnung in bester Lage im Yachhafen von L’Escala. Einfache Ausstattung, aber alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Achtung: enge Bebauung im Umfeld. Dürfte in der Hauptsaison recht lebendig zugehen.
