The apartment has two fully equipped bedrooms, including a double bed, a double sofa bed and two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. It has two bathrooms with showers, which guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and complete kitchenware. Perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.

Enjoy free WiFi and TV with multiple languages. Although it does not have air conditioning, the apartment offers a terrace and garden to enjoy outdoor moments with views of the sea and the shared pool.

Located just 600 meters from Riells beach and close to supermarkets, it is an ideal place to explore the area. It has a covered parking space in the same building.

Nous louons cet appartement depuis trois ans et nous aimons les deux salles de bain, l’emplacement,la grande terrasse et la vue magnifique. Cette année un store extérieur était ficelé et hors service et le deuxième laissé ouvert et déchiré sur un tiers. Nous avons réussi à le faire rentrer, mais ce n’est pas notre travail normalement.

Cet appartement est le meilleur que nous avons dans cette immeuble ou nous venons depuis plusieurs années,notamment les deux salles de bain et la chambre principale et l'équipement global. Des détails certe, mais un égouttoir dans la cuisine serait pratique, sinon c'est correct

Nous louons cet appartement depuis des années et c’est chaque fois un plaisir, car sa situation est idéale avec une vue superbe sur la baie et une terrasse magnifique. Dommage que les garages soient si étroits. Nous avons déjà bloqué les dates pour 2025. Changer la nappe de la table qui date de plusieurs années et ce ne sera pas un gros investissement

Appartement bien situé

La situationl L’etat général de l’appartement et la propreté, le matelas de la grande chambre trop dure et sale car pas de protège matelas, l’état de la douche du couloir. Le bouton de la chasse des toilettes , le volet dans la petite chambre. l’isolation car on entend tout dès qu’il y a quelqu’un au-dessus ou en-dessous. Mettre des poubelles dans les salles de douche et dans la pièce du chauffe-eau. Mettre 2 porte-papiers wc. Indiquez dans votre annonce petite place de parking et pas de construction récente car c’est faux. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la cuisine quand on ouvre les tiroirs à côté du lave-vaisselle ou que l’on utilise le lave-vaisselle. Cela provient de l’évacuation de l’eau.
