"This is a great little hotel, clean, quiet, well situated, and everyone is very nice. However, the promised pool is not in use. I am a person with disabilities, and must plan my physical therapy tightly to ensure I have access to a pool, so not alerting me in advance to the closure of the pool facilities is a massive problem possibly on the level of an ADA violation."
