Very nice hotel

The hotel is very nice, been there before. The only issue we had was the Air con wasn´t working. The personal told us that it was because they were exchanging from Hot air to cold air and unfortunately it was in the day we were staying there. The room was nice, good quality. Parking in the street( free) or inside( 10 euros).

It was ok. No coffee maker in room and restaurant huge and very noisy. Industrial! The cocktails were pretty bad ! Excellent views Ana at reception really helpful

Quick stayover.

Was passing trough the city and needed a bed for the night. Booked the room 30 min before arrival. Nice clean room, good bed and a nice bathroom. Parked in the street just outside my room. A Reasonable quiet street. Had my terrace door open all night and was not disturbed. Checked out before breakfast and headed further south. If I will need a room I will come back.

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

Very nice hotel overall

Very nice hotel. Cleaners and reception staff very friendly and polite. Restaurant staff could have been friendlier but they weren't bad. The selection of food was average but quality very good. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Nice and quiet as well. Would happily stay again.

Little gem in hidden in L Albir

Very nice, delicate hotel, beautiful views from the 360 terrace/bar. Plenty of good food. The bed a bit too soft for my back, not located right on the beach (cca 8min walk downhill) but with a car everything is reachable. Very helpful and polite staff. Overall happy and thank you.

Terrible hotel

The hotel was terrible paid for a Terrace room they didn’t have one. The hotel beds are camp beds the pillow is 1 long uncomfortable pillow. The hotel is dated couldn’t turn the AC on as was so loud

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and food seemed good Just a prewarning, it's located up quite a steep hill, so could be awkward to get to if you have mobility issues, but they do offer a free 'shuttle' down to the town every hour for most of the day which was good. Only negative was it's starting to look abit tired In places, so could do with abit of a spruce up soon.

I would return though I think the hotel should be more alive. Window balconies were not clean. They wouldn't replace our glasses in the room, which I dont understand why. Shampoos and other things were not replaced properly! Entertainment should be more in the way people participate

A estadia no hotel, relativamente curta, correu muito bem, em especial, no que respeita à simpatia e disponibilidade dos Colaboradores. Possibilitou excelentes momentos de convívio com amigos, em boas condições de conforto e alimentação. É pena que a praia de Albir, com o “areal” de godos e pedras, force a procura de outras mais agradáveis e distantes - Calp e Villajoyosa.

Oppholdet var greit og verdt prisen. Hotellet har helt ok standard med både positive og negative sider. Jeg bodde i 2. etasje med terrasse. Pluss: Rommene ble rengjort daglig. Sengen var komfortabel, med fungerende integrert varmepumpe og mørkeleggingsgardiner. Badet var rent ved ankomst. Hotellet har parkeringskjeller (10 euro/natt) med mange ledige plasser, noe som er praktisk da gateparkeringen var nesten alltid opptatt. Vet ikke om parkeringskjeller blir full i juli måned. Det var stille om natten, og personalet både i resepsjonen og renhold var hyggelige. Det ble snakket bra engelsk i resepsjonen. Fin utsikt mot byen og stranda fra 3. etasje (Teraza 360). Eldre gjester kan benytte minibuss til/fra stranden. Minus: Lydisolasjonen er dårlig, man hører godt dører slå igjen og folk trampe i gangene. Foregikk oftest på dagtid, men plagsomt hvis man befant seg på rommet for å ta seg en lur. Gardiner, ventilasjonsventilene og varmepumpe var støvete, og dusjhodet litt slitt. Noen kosmetiske forbedringer på rommet hadde gjort seg. Hotellets beliggenhet kan være krevende for personer med redusert mobilitet, da det er lang oppoverbakke fra sentrum på vei mot hotellet. Kan også være plagsomt i lengden for dem uten redusert mobilitet som drar ofte ned til sentrum. Jeg testet verken restaurant, basseng eller spa tjenestene på hotellet så kan ikke vurdere disse.
