very clean hotel. We were half board and found the plenty of choice and really good dining room staff. Lovely pool area BUT pool did not open until 10 am whick is a very bad point in our view. This needs to be addressed as there was a lot of people complaing about this.

The only issue we had was the bed, mattress was far too hard it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. We were given a mattress topper but it made little difference.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and facilities in a quiet location with a short walk down to the beachfront. The dining and menu options were excellent, we were never bored of the choices provided and the staff were kind and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Anbefales - herlige uteområder og fin beliggenhet

Stort og flott hotell sentralt i Albir. Ca. 10 min å gå til stranden. Både butikker og restauranten rett utenfor døren. Også gratis parkering i gaten, dersom man finner ledig plass. Rommene på hotellet er noe slitte, men når man tilbringer mesteparten av tiden ute er ikke dette et stort problem. Nydelig bassengområde - egen bassengbar, dusjer, parasoller og alt man trenger. God og innholdsrik frokost! Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale :)

Sehr freundlich, Strand zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Zimmer aber extremst klein, wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind und nach 10 Nächten ist es doch sehr beengt. Die Angaben von ebookers mit 38 Quadratmetern sind etwas schwierig nachzuvollziehen. Poolareal sehr schön und gepflegt. Zimmer mit Poolsicht buchen, da auf der ‚Lidlseite‘ die Mülltonnen entleert werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dazu sehr kinderfreundlich

Helt greit hotel i øvre Albir. Ca 10-15 minutter å gå til Strand. Men mange steder underveis å ta seg en hvil så ikke noe problem. Stort utvalg i frokost. Bra med både kalde og varme retter. Svømmebasseng ikke testet da vi bare har vært der på kalde tider. Bodd der 3 ganger og kommer nok tilbake igjen.

Stort fint hotell med meget bra frokost litt oppe i Albir. Ca 10 minutter bare å gå ned til stranden, men matbutikk rett utenfor og masse restauranter på vei ned. Svømmebasseng området ser fint ut men var der utenfor sesong så det ble ikke prøvd. Har bestilt ny tur til mars.

Nice stay - bit pricey

Overall it was good. Room could be a bit more clean. A few bugs in the bathroom. You have to pay for swimming towels which is a minus. Pool area is really nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Probably the nicest hotel in Albir.

Très beaux séjour dans cet établissement très bien, bien situé dans le quartier de l'alfa del pi concernant l'hôtel, l'équipe formidable la réception l'accueil honnêtement très très satisfait de nos séjours les grands comme les petits merci a vous!!!

Ok, men ikke for mer enn 1 natt

Lite vennlig person tok i mot oss ved innsjekk. Virker litt irritert eller stresset. Hotellrommet var reint, men litt slitt. Masse bråk fra nabo rommet hele natten. Vekter ble tilkalt og det ble 1-2t med søvn. Ingen kompensasjon fra hotellet for dette, selv når vi ønsket å utvide utsjekkstidspunkt med 1t, kostet 9 euro. Fullt ved bassenget og litt skittent vann. Godt vi bare ble en natt.

Rummet var väldigt slitet. Silverfiskar på rummet och i badrum, vilket åtgärdades när vi påtalat i två dagar. Ytor torkades ej av, lister och väggar var ej heller avtorkade av gammalt smuts.
