「We hebben een prima week gehad in het prachtige Helmsdal. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Contact met de eigenaar was prima en vlot en we hebben de nodige hikes kunnen doen」

Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage rochen sehr unangenehm. ( Matratzen ohne Schoner mit Flecken). Ausstattung nicht wie angegeben. ( Keine Fahrräder) Kaution wurde nur auf Nachfrage hin zurück gezahlt. Der Vermieter war nett.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It has a gorgeous view from the back deck. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking pots/pans and utensils. We had a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond to messages before our stay and very kind during our stay. We're so glad we chose this house to stay in during our visit to Norway.」

「Hotel.comで当ホテルを予約する際は無人チェックインであることを記載すべきである。周辺地域では一般的なホテルのコンシェルジュサービスが出来ないことも明記すべきであり、この点は貴社及びホテル側の責任なのかはわかりかねるが、そうであれば予約することはなかった。 大事なお客様の同行ではタクシーの予約等の付加的なお願いをすることが通常あるが、今回は周辺地域でのタクシーを捕まえることができず、指定の面談時間に遅れるなどの事態を招いてしまった。」
