チェックインフロントの入口が、宿の入口と別になっていて、分かりにくかったです。また、上の階の宿泊客が走ったりしていたのか、足音が少しうるさかったです（宿泊客の問題ですが）。あとは綺麗で良かったです。

最初フロントに入る正面玄関ドアの開け方が分からなくて困りました。スタッフさんも見当たらず、メールでコンタクトしても勿論連絡がすぐ来ず… どうにか入る事が出来ました。 部屋は綺麗で想像以上にスペーシャスでした。アメニティの品揃えも良かったですし、Dysonのヘアスタイラーがあったのは嬉しかったです。 気になる点と言えば、インスタントのお茶の中身は入っているのに封が明けてあったのが備えてあった事、浴槽の排水栓が完全に閉まらなかった事、洗面所蛇口のキャップが取り外れていた事です。後は壁が薄いからか、外部の声がすぐ聞こえた事です。

エレベーターごありません。 ドライヤーが箱に入ってるダイソンですが、埃が目立たのが気になりました。 これ以外は広さから利便性から何から何まですごく良かったです。

This property was clean and well located for trains and sight seeing. Our room was spacious and well appointed. It is in a quiet part of Kyoto but only minutes from the buzz of resturant’s, shopping and markets. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed the location and that it was very quiet when we were there. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was lovely and clean. It was a little dusty on the room surfaces. Other than that we had no complaints. Would stay here again.

The room was beautiful and the tatami room our kids slept in looked traditional and cozy. Everything was exactly how we imagined it would be. Unfortunately, when we came home from dinner, we found a cockroach in our washroom. We told the part-time clerk downstairs about it and he brought a spray to kill the cockroach. He said he couldn't find it and left. My son found it again in the washroom drawer later and we went to tell the clerk. He was a different clerk and very helpful and took care of the cockroach. Later we found a silverfish as well. We were concerned that there were more cockroaches and if they got into our belongings. We stayed at 5 different hotels in a 2 week span and didn't have any insect issues anywhere else. We also paid the most for the Zizi. We messaged the manager and he offered us a refund for the hotel booking which was nice of them. Cockroaches are a deal breaker in my opinion.

Very spacious, double sink and large shower. Double beds, sitting area, space to walk around in room. No elevator so need to carry luggage up and down stairs. We were on 3rd floor and there is at least 4 floors. Limited staff hours. They can receive luggage transfer but cannot ship luggage - we walked 10 minutes to a Yomato station (friendly English speaking) who helped us ship to Osaka Yomato station. The room is carpeted, a bit of a funky smell. On our last night returning to hotel we saw a mouse run up lobby staircase handrail.

Virkeligt dejligt værelse med gode senge og utroligt veludstyret badeværelse. Vinduet ud mod gaden var desværre meget lydt så selvom hotellet lå på en stille sidegade kunne alle samtaler og biler på vejen tydeligt høres inde på værelset. Receptionen er kun bemandet til 19:00 så vi var heldige at vi kom 2 min før, så vi kunne komme ind og få adgang til værelset da vi ikke havde modtaget den pinkode som skulle bruges til dørlåsen. 19 så vi var heldige at kunn

This hotel was an interesting stay. The staff is rarely present, however, they sent instructions on how to check in. The instructions were a little incorrect, but we figured it out eventually. We had luggage being forwarded, so the hotel staff was responsive through our hotels.com messaging system and they received our bags, but note you can not ship out from this hotel! The Family Mart across the street was able to forward our bags for us. The hotel is in a great, central location for sight seeing around Kyoto. It is a quiet area, but as soon as there is ANY noise outside, you can hear it as if it’s in your room. In addition, there is an older lady who lives nearby who we can only assume dislikes tourists, as she was screaming at people all hours of the day. The room however was fantastic and so spacious for Japan. Overall an interesting stay, but not a bad one!

The room is big for 4 adults. Microwave and toaster. Full fridge shower was big and has laundry machine in room. The clothes will not dry completely. You need to hang them but there was many hang her. My only complaint was the AC. It was Soo loud! Sounded like there was a hurican in our room.

Check in was a bit confusing. There was no one on site even though we areived within the time frame. Room was comfortable and clean. However the stairs are incredibly steep and narrow. We were on the 3rd floor with lots of luggage. No elevator.
