Great stay. Only one comment. We arrived after check in time and still had to reach out to hosts for check in code. Otherwise it was a great place.

The property was awesome, especially if you have kids. Very spacious and with cooking facilities. The only side note was getting access to the property. We arrived just after the check in time but had no idea how to access the property. I had to msg them a few times to get the access code. There is no reception & no one on site. Make sure you message them in advance to get the code!

Excelente alojamiento.

Owner did not provide us information on how to enter until nearly 3 hours after check-in time. Apartment was quite dirty, sink wouldn't drain, and there is a bunch of garbage/boxes by the door, which is hidden in the photos. I can't understand why this place has such high reviews. It was both the most expensive and disappointing place we stayed in our 15 day trip.

Nice stay

The accommodation was good, very clean and corresponded to the pictures. The beds and aircon were great. Communications with the host was good and check in smooth. Locking the door however could be a little tricky. Also, it was a little strange walking in and the first thing that greets you is an open storage area. The sofa downstairs had lots of old stains which was a bit off putting. The stairs to the first are quite steep and the toilet on the first floor is very small. The main issue for us was the location which is stated to be 1 minute walk from Kawaramachi street. Whilst technically true it is actually right at the beginning of that street meaning getting to the shops, restaurants etc. is either a bus ride or 15-20 minutes walk. All in all though we were satisfied with our stay.
