Really friendly staff, good sized rooms and a great hotel in a perfect location for our trip. The Common Well cafe in the hotel serves a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee and snacks. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Loved my stay here - the staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was large, modern, and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The attached coffee shop to the building is a perfect way to start your day or to wind down, it was a life saver to have something so tasty and reliable right downstairs. The location of the hotel is close by touristy areas but tucked enough away where you’re not feeling overwhelmed. It’s easy to walk anywhere and to get to main public transit. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, situated in the perfect spot for all things Kyoto. Cafe next to the hotel is very good. Highly recommended this facility and will come back here again.

The location of our hotel was incredible - walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants, and convenient to get to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Kyoto.
