"Hotel is amazing. Only 1 stop from Kyoto station. Connected by a bridge to the local station. Super convenient as far as transportation. Hotel is very modern and zen. It has an entire floor with high end restaurants. Our family enjoyed multiple restaurants during our stay, prices were affordable for the quality and service received. All in all, great value and very professional staff. Rooms and property are spotless. Highly recommended"

"This hotel was fantastic! Great location, close to Kyoto station, clean, staff was super helpful, they provided many items such as face masks, hair oil, toothpaste, toothbrush, coffee, tea, etc… we did not try the breakfast but they have a happy hour with nuts, juices, beers, etc. Richmond hotel made our Kioto stay memorable!"
