My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very welcoming and they go over and beyond to make your stay special. Meals were delicious that profiled local ingredients. Highly recommend staying here

The rooms have better and more accommodations than most ,"luxury" and "elite" suites ive been in. The location in my opinion is great. The town nearby is walkable and its easy to catch the bus.

Hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpfull. We had a great time there.

We loved the onsens on the balcony, however there isnt much for food around the property and you have to prepay for the food at the property which we did not know. Overall its an amazing property and I will stay there next time I am there for work.

Such wonderful hosts and a great location! We had a great time going from onsen to onsen and stopping at the snack bar across the road before retiring for the night.

Absolutely magical experience. From beginning to end the entire place was set up with thoughtful consideration to make our stay as luxurious and enjoyable as possible. The facilities are stunning, the gardens magical, the food unforgettable, and the guest onsens so relaxing. So glad I made this reservation!

The property is at a very convenient location where we can easily walk to the department store and super market across the street. The condition of the hotel is very new, and they provide a microwave and free tea and coffee at the community area for everyone to use.

Clean nice room.

The staff were extremely kind, the food was amazing and there was so much of it, and the location was perfect! 10/10🔥

Just wonderful. Beautiful traditional elegant inn with old school Japanese omotenashi. Loved the warmth of the staff. Service was top notch without being pretentious. Unreal location near everything.

Wonder bedding and room decor was nice. Plenty of power outlets. Great shower. Good parking and walking distance to up ski resort

Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect place to relax after exploring Kinosaki Onsen. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the famous bathhouses, restaurants, and the charming canal,...
