Perfect for our college visits in Austin and San Marcos!

Great rental. No risks here. Very clean and updated. Looks just like pics. Location was just about a mile off I-35. We were easily able to get into Austin and San Marcos (except for that I-35 traffic!). Will definitely keep this on our list for future visits.

We loved our stay. Pretty and nicely furnished made our stay very comfortable. Our hosts live very close by so if anything is needed they are taken care of quickly. If ever in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Country-like setting

Deer grazing on the lawns, long-horn cattle next door, and lots of native trees, are some of the perks of staying here. Close to two towns, but feels like you're living in the country. Hosts are extremely hard working and keep the grounds in impeccable condition and are very responsive to your needs.

Super nice and great location for access to wedding venues!

My wife, parents, brother, and I all stayed here because we had a wedding to go to at the Texas Old Town venue and the location couldn’t be more convenient...literally a minute down the road! The place is also super clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

We enjoyed staying at your place. The property was kept up very well.

We truly enjoyed our stay with our parents last weekend. The town home was spacious and gave everyone the room we needed. We loved the fact we could relax and enjoy our time with one another and it not just be a hotel room. We liked the out of the way experience...and it was close to the wedding venue we attended. This was right up our alley. We plan to stay again if available.

The stay here was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, stocked with all the essentials and more, and in such a great scenic area. The drive to San Marcos and Austin was simple and quick. I would 10/10 reccomend anyone looking to stay near San Marcos to stay here!

The Indigo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It truly felt like home and the peacefulness of the country setting made it even more enjoyable. Wayne and Pam are wonderful owners and very helpful in the event you need anything. I would absolutely recommend it for a short or extended stay!

Couldn't be closer to Texas Old Town

We needed a place to stay near the Texas Old Town venue where some family was getting married. This literally couldn't have been closer and was a great little place for us to crash between rehearsal, setup, wedding and reception festivities. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Amazing hosts!

My wedding party and I booked the property for our wedding weekend and we loved it! Our weekend started with so much unnecessary drama, but Pam and Wayne were very understanding! The homes were beautiful and equipped with anything you made need. Would definitely recommend staying at Copperfield suites and rentals! Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent! Spotless, and Spot On!

Our family came to Kyle, TX for a wedding at the venue called Texas Old Town this weekend. We could not have found a better location! Convenient and perfect in every way. Furnishings, beds, back yard outdoor space with tire swings, tables, seating and flatscreen TV on the covered patio! It was topped off with Longhorns in the pasture out front! When not involved in wedding festivities we easily traveled to Wimberley, Austin and could have easily done San Antonio and New Braunfels. This is a great place for a week long vacation for several families (they have 4 separate units!) to do a reunion or a wedding at Texas Old Town. And by the way, that's a great venue as well! Highly recommended!!! 10 stars! Owners were attentive and helpful! Easy to contact and sent info with everything you could possibly need on activities and restaurants. Will return! I wanted to add that I was very impressed with the attention to detail in the home...I am a vacation rental owner in Santa Fe, NM (3770250) and I know a thing or two about rentals. This unit surpasses any I have seen!

Peaceful escape located close to Austin and San Antonio.

We loved our stay here! So many thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. The kitchen with marble counter tops to the gas stove really kick our stay up a notch. It was so quiet at night and the beds were so comfortable that we all slept wonderfully. Thank you so much to the owners .....a home run.

Very clean and easy to find

We very much enjoyed our stay in early May! The townhome was very clean and decorated beautifully. Since we were traveling with our five month old son, I appreciated having access to the washer, dryer, and refrigerator. We found it easily from the Austin airport. It's in the country (or at least what we consider country!), but not far from restaurants and stores. Though we didn't meet the owners in person, they were easy to communicate with and quickly replied to my emails. We were in Kyle for a wedding, but should we ever return, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Pam and Wayne!

Excellent country home, good for family or small group of friends

I was visiting from out of town and stayed at this place since I was attending a wedding with a group of friends at Thistlewood Manor right next door. The location was great great and everything worked really well. Loved the horseshoes outback, and the overall relaxed vibe of the place.

A great place to stay!

Pam and Wayne were wonderful hosts and our apartment was so comfortable. It is out in the country a little, but close to Kyle, and we enjoyed the surroundings. Our grandchildren were welcome, and had fun playing outside on the playground equipment. The apartment was roomy and had all the items we needed to cook, do our laundry, and relax. We enjoyed 2 weeks there, and hope to make this an annual winter visit. Thanks, Pam and Wayne, for a great stay.

AMAZING accommodations ♡ highly recommend this property

My family and I were in town for my niece's graduation from Texas State, this property was not only beautiful but great proximity of the school. Everything was PERFECT no detail was spared and Ms. Pam the owner was a gem to deal/communicate with. Had we known about the other units we definitely would've all stayed together on this compound. It was off the beaten path but well worth the serenity and comfort. Everything is brand new and too notch from the appliances to the towels. If we were to visit San Marcos again THIS would be our must stay place! My husband was beyond impressed that he NEEDS the blueprints please and thank you ♡ You will not be disappointed with this property, well worth the value! Ms. Pam you ROCK!!!
