Great stay at Vienna Hotel! The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. Loved that the nearby mall has an indoor ski slope—such a unique bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers. Highly recommend!

We only stayed overnight so we didn't have time to use other amenities but I'm sure they are as goood as everything else about this hotel. We have already stayed here twice and will be staying there again everytime we go to Guangzhou. It’s a bit far from tourist spots so we used Didi but I saw a Metro station entrance closeby. There is a cheap clothes shop beside the hotel. Clothes were cheap but really good quality, a convenience store at the back and restaurants around open until late. We went to the barbeque tent which is about 2 minutes walk away, great barbeques especially the chicken also great service. I have plenty more nice things to say about this hotel but I think this review is already too long LOL....to add as a bonus are great team of staff. Friendly and accomodating.
