Very beautiful certified fishing house "Ørviksnes", 2 storeys, built in 1982, renovated in 2005. 10 km from the centre of Øystese, 90 km from the centre of Bergen, 8 km from the lake, 1 m at the fjord. Private: property 1'400 m2, garden lawn. Terrace (55 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor boat (on order), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, bus stop "Klyve Kryss" 1.6 km, railway station "Bergen" 90 km, bathing lake "Gullfiskvatnet" 8 km. Golf course (6 hole) 10 km, fishing possibilities 1 m. Nearby attractions: Steindalsfossen 20 km, Norheimsund 20 km.
"Ørviksnes", 4-room semi-detached house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults + 1 child. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (75 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (85 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 35 m2, terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Wundeschönrs, ruhiges der Natur gelegenes, abseits vom Tourismus, gelegenes Familien Anglerparadies.

Fantastisch. Einzigartige Lage, direkt am Wasser in der Natur. Schwimmmöglichkeit. Mehrere verschiedene Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, zwei Terrassen. Boot zum Angeln. Das Wetter spielte dabei auch eine große Rolle. Im Durchschnitt 27*C.

Sehr gemütliches Haus direkt am Wasser

Wir haben uns mit 4 erwachsenen Personen hier sofort in das Haus und die Umgebung verliebt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses liess keinen Wunsch aus. Selbst nach einer verregneten Angeltour, haben wir uns am Kamin super aufwärmen und entspannen können. Nur die Zufahrt von der Strasse zum Haus war herausfordernd. Diese ist sehr steil und nur zum Teil asphaltiert. Dadurch kommt man bei Regen mit dem Auto sehr schlecht vom Haus weg.

Dieses Haus ist einfach wundervoll. Die Lage direkt am Fjord mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, das Boot, was man dazu buchen kann. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Wohnberbereich ist großzügig. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber die braucht man ja wirklich nur zum Schlafen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sympathisch und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Sehr aufregend ist die sehr steile Zufahrt, aber auch die haben wir geschafft...
