"First time here on the way back to Tokyo on a Tohoku motorcycle tour group. One of or may be the best little family led hotels we have ever seen in several years. Very friendly elder couple running it and even our german riders were smitten with the daughter speaking accent-free german. A delight - from the genuine friendliness via beautiful rooms to the support in all what you asked and needed. For the Hachimantai area this one now set in stone for us if available for all upcoming tours and...

"Very nice and helpful English speaking member of staff. However, the room felt very similar to a youth hostel. The room was incredibly cramped and dated. The lighting in bathroom was so dim it was impossible to have a bath with the door closed as would be in darkness. There were polystyrene panels blocking up a wall from our room to next door, which meant we could hear everything that was going on, and vice versa. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but we were only able to have it at 8.00...

"予約した際チェックインは15時からとあったはずなのに、17時過ぎに伺ったら18時からの受付と言われました。 こちらのサイトを利用していたので、普通のホテルかと思っていましたが、ラブホでした。室内は空気清浄機がありましたが匂います。 ラブホですので部屋から出て外出する際には、フロントへ電話して鍵を開けてもらう必要があります。ホテルスタッフと顔を合わせる事は一切ありません。"
