「Very good facilities, super kind and helpful staff, good location. Rooms are very well designed, very quiet and clean. 」

「One of my most favorite properties over 15 years. Excellent hotel staffs all through the years.」

Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

「Excellent staffers.」
