Welcome to our spacious rustic log cabin near Ruka ski slopes! Perfect for families or groups up to 12 guests, this peaceful retreat offers stunning lake and pine forest views. The cabin is beautifully situated to enjoy the surrounding waters: right next to Lake Hakojärvi and just a short walk from Lake Purnujärvi. The cabin features 5 bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom with a private sauna. Relax by the heat-retaining fireplace in the cozy living room or cook in the newly renovated (2026) fully equipped kitchen.

Living room
The large windows in the living room offer beautiful views of the lake and forest. The space is ideal for relaxing, and the heat-retaining fireplace provides cozy extra warmth during the evenings.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen, newly renovated in 2026, is fully equipped for the needs of large groups. Amenities include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, as well as a comprehensive set of basic dishes and cooking utensils. The large dining table easily seats the whole group for meals together.

Bedrooms & Loft
The cabin has plenty of space and comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. Downstairs, there are five separate bedrooms. The loft provides additional sleeping space with two floor mattresses. The spaces and layout are perfectly suited for families with children.

Bathroom & Sauna
The property features a bathroom with a private sauna, as well as two separate toilets. A washing machine makes your stay even more convenient.

Outdoors & Surroundings
The yard area offers plenty of space for parking cars. The cabin is perfectly located to enjoy the water: just about 50 meters away is Lake Hakojärvi, complete with a small cove and a dock where you can easily go for a refreshing swim—even straight from the sauna! Another lake, Lake Purnujärvi, is located about 200-300 meters from the cabin, where a rowboat is available for guests to use during the summer.
