They were happy to explain what everything was and how to eat it, since a number of the dishes were unfamiliar to us (in particular with the breakfast). Absolutely loved our story here. If you book here, get the Sora room. It is worth it. It has its own private bath and lots of space. We loved it. And the town surrounding, is so cute and fun to walk around. It is a short walk from the bus when you arrive. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. We highly recommend staying here.

An unforgettable experience with my son who is 9 we enjoyed the private onsen with 2 separate baths we bathed under the stars which was perfect. The staff was incredibly accommodating attentive and so SWEET , the Japanese chocolate covered pecans are dreamy definitely grab a box or 2!

Bountiful and delicious dinner and breakfast buffets were included.
Our room was amazingly well appointed and large. The king bed was beyond adequate. It was two full sized beds bound together.
