Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon exiting, please make sure your linens are left on the floor by the laundry area and remotes are in their wall pockets for fans / lights and in the correct room for the TV.
Please make sure to take all trash to the bins in the garage area. If it is a weekend check out, please pull the bins to the curb in front of the house for trash pick up early Monday morning.
Place the bar in the sliding door track and lock the door and then press the YALE button on the lock to lock up on the way out. Drive safely and thank you for staying with us at Turquoise Tides!

Check out times are firm. After the check out time guests will be billed an additional $250.00 late check out charge for our cleaners schedule changes
All remotes must be placed in the location stated on the remote, including light/fans. Lock door and secure sliding glass with track bar.
Cargo Lift for gear ONLY. Ensure all deck gates are closed on 2nd/3rd Floor before/after use. Do not stand below Cargo Lift or lean over lift balcony.
