Huoneiston Black A7:n paistinpannu tulee vaihtaa uudeksi ilman viivytystä. Pannu on kulunut ja sen kahva kuumenee, koska on rautaa, joten uuden pannun kahvan tulee olla muuta materiaalia, joka ei kuumene.

Sopii loistavasti kaveriporukalle, pariskunnalle, perheille. Kaikki perusastiat ja laitteet löytyy keittiöstä. Isot tilavat parvekket ruokaryhmällä. Kiva sauna. Pinnat siistejä. 2 min kävelymatka kylpylään/ keilaukseen / raflaan jne. 3 min kävelymatka Sokos hotellille jossa paljon rafloja ja Sale. Erittäin avulias asiakaspalvelu ja helppo chekkaus. Auton saa autotalliin. Hiljaiset huoneistot, ilmastointi erikseen joka huoneessa.

Onnistunut majoitus jälleen kerran

Hieno ja suhteellisen uusi huoneistohotelli, joka alkaisi kaivata nyt ihan pientä väliremontointia. Lähinnä sellaista pientä kulumaa havaittavissa. Hyvä palvelu ja autohalli iso plussa talvikohteessa. Huoneistojen pohjaratkaisut erinomaisia.

Olimme syysloman aikaan majoittuneina Black-talossa. Asuntomme oli järkyttävän viileä lähes koko majoittumisemme ajan. Huoltomies kävi jotain juttuja säätelemässä mutta ei paljoa lämmennyt. Asunnossa oli jonkin verran korjattavia kohteita joita luettelimme palautteessamme. Toivottavasti tulevat korjatuiksi.
