"Solid resort. One improvement could be made easily is to extend towels stations hours. They are open only from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and then from 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Another big improvement needs to be made due to the safety: door to the bathroom and door to the shower open same direction, and you are hitting your glass door to the handle of bathroom door if it is open or someone walks in."

"Staff are friendly but in the buffet rushed off their feet. Buffet food variety isn’t great. A la cartes are good but not worth the extra cost. Hotel needs a refresh, carpets are stained, paint peeling, cracked tiles by the pool etc. A good budget holiday break but not an ultra all-inclusive resort."

"Enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Food was delicious. It was surprising water slides was not in the hotel, needed to use bus shuttle up to there, but very short journey as 3 mins up to them."

"Great value. All-inclusive food buffet was amazing, alcohol was inclusive. Waterpark with slides was great, though pools were a little chilly, even on 27 May in 80 degree heat. Kids club was a little ragged and dissapointing- attendants didn't really engage with children, not a lot of activities to keep them engaged. "
