「The property is accessed from a backstreet. This is a little disconcerting, however, the location is brilliant and Hadrian’s gate is within 3 minutes walk and from there, the beautiful old town. Do not be put off by the unprepossessing first impression. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. 「We arrived at the hotel later than expected due to a delayed flight. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable and exactly as presented during booking. All hotel amenities met our expectations and matched the description provided online. The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and all meals were very tasty. The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...

「I made this booking at last minute because of a bad experience in another apartment and they accommodated me well. The price was amazing given the location and facilities. The pool area was well looked after also and the pool looked really clean. Everything you needed for a long stay is available in the apartment other than cleaning products and shower gels in the bathroom. But it’s easy to bring those items yourself. The staff very friendly, 1 of the gentleman even gave me some lovely fruit one...
