"Excellent Staff & Delicious Food One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly, hardworking, and professional staff. Our room was cleaned daily, towels and sheets were changed regularly, and the minibar was replenished with water and non-alcoholic drinks. Special thanks to Kamila, the restaurant chef, Ali at reception, and the wonderful chefs, waiters, and bartenders for their welcoming and positive service. I truly appreciated their efforts to make guests feel comfortable. I was disappointed, however, to see some guests -russians treating hardworking hotel employees disrespectfully. Hospitality staff deserve the same courtesy and respect they provide to their guests. The restaurant was another highlight, offering a delicious and diverse selection of Turkish, Italian, Greek, European, and international cuisine, including familiar favourites such as burgers, fries, and onion rings. The variety was perfect for an international hotel and allowed us to enjoy both authentic Turkish flavours and familiar dishes. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere made dining a very enjoyable part of our vacation. The hotel provided security and staff supervision, which gave us a sense of comfort and safety while spending time by the sea. My main recommendation for the hotel administration would be to increase the number of available sun loungers on the beach. During busy periods, it could be difficult to find a comfortable place to relax."

"Amazing holiday. Staff were so kind. My partners 50th birthday happened while we were away. They made him a cake, brought wine and balloons withoit prompting. Blown away by the food and service. The cleaning staffw were also wonderful. Great trip - cant fault the holiday!"

"We came to this hotel as a family to meet my parents and had our children with us. The room arrangement was perfect. We booked a family room with a separate room and bathroom for our children, while we had our own private room with a balcony. Before arriving, I called internationally to request that our room and my parents' room be on the same floor. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. I spent about $50 on the call and was told to request it at check-in. At one point, someone actually hung up on me—disappointing. The hotel itself was lovely, with a great beach and an abundance of food. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Cleanliness could be improved. There was dust and debris under the beds, and my daughter found a cigarette and lighter under one of them, making it clear that housekeeping was not cleaning underneath. We loved the rain showers, but the shower stalls had some mildew and could use fresh caulking. The daily discotheque was overwhelmingly loud and made it almost impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. If you want a quiet environment at night, this may not be the place for you. We also tried the Turkish bath and massage experience, and that was a WOW! Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, beach, room setup, and especially the food!"

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were a bit too small but we managed. The staff from Mert the manager to the servers were nice and helpful. After a first bad impression with the room we were in everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the full team."

"La Veranda was an excellent spot to spend a couple of quiet nights along the Turkish riviera. The property is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the breakfasts are great. The room was nice and the view from the balcony is beautiful. This place is pretty remote so it’s not the ideal spot if you’re looking for easy access to restaurants, shops, nightlife. But it’s perfect for a quiet break during a hectic vacation. A car is essential for visiting the area and while parking on the property can get a little crowded, staff is excellent in helpful you navigate it and move around. It’s unfortunate there is no provision of food on the property (other than breakfast every morning) because the nearest meal options require driving into nearby towns. They do partner with a restaurant who will deliver food if you prefer that option. The hot water doesn’t run hot for very long in the room, which is fine during a quick shower but means that the hot tub on the balcony will never actually be hot. We had a cool bath, which was actually a fine break from the heat of the blistering sun (but maybe this would be an issue for some). Also, the jets don’t work so the hot tub is just a cool, still bathtub. The room has a “kitchen” but it is just a shell of a kitchen. All cabinets are completely empty so don’t expect to have any dishes, appliances. They do provide two each of wine glasses, water glasses and coffee mugs, and there is a functioning kettle and mini fridge - the main things for us. Thanks!"
