"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Akra Kemer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was truly outstanding, huge compliments to the kitchen staff for the incredible quality and variety every single day. The bartenders were excellent as well: friendly, fast, and making amazing cocktails throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and always perfectly maintained. The service across the entire hotel was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. The beach was another highlight, crystal clear, pristine water and a beautiful atmosphere for relaxing. The animation and entertainment team also deserves special recognition because they made the experience so much fun and kept the energy high every day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable vacation. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kemer!"

"Only booked into hotel because original booked hotel was closed upon arrival so had to check-in to somewhere quick. Upon check-in staff were friendly enough, however, property in poor condition, no cover on the fuse box in the room so exposed wires directly outside the bathroom, staff stayed up shouting until early hours of the morning most days, telephone in reception extremely loud, rarely answered quickly and this could be heard throughout the entire ground and first floor, again this happened into the early hours. On more than one occasion went back to hotel to be asked "you stay, you want check-in", this was being asked a week after we had already arrived. The pool was empty upon arrival and did not get filled and operational until a week after we arrived, the pool bar was never opened, did not even have drinks on display, was just a wooden hut. The meals shown in the photos were not actually available, the hotel does not do catering of any sort, so you cannot enjoy any food at the hotel. The rooms do not come with a fridge, kettle, any sort of amenities like this. "

"This hotel features unique, modern-retro decor and an impressive all-inclusive experience. The variety and quality of the food are excellent, and the fully stocked mini-fridge (included for free!) was a fantastic touch. I especially loved the mocktails—they are easily some of the best I’ve had. The facilities are extensive, featuring two outdoor pools with paddling areas and two indoor pools. While the spa treatment was incredible and highly recommended, note that the spa pool is reserved for paying spa guests. My only minor critique is that the pools weren't quite warm enough for the chilly April weather. The location is ideal and gets quite lively at night. It’s just a short walk across the road to a clean, pebbly beach, and there is a convenient taxi base right outside the main entrance. While it might not be the most child-friendly spot for toddlers (under 5) during the low season due to limited entertainment, the hardworking and polite staff more than make up for it."

"My wife and I stayed here for a week celebrating our birthdays. We upgraded to the honeymoon sweet, which had a bathtub smack dab in the middle of the room in front of the windows overlooking the front of the hotel. At first I thought that a little bit odd, but it was surprisingly convenient and kind of fun. We kept the curtains closed. Otherwise the room was comfortable, spacious, and well supplied with all of the necessary accoutrements. I must give a shout out to the hotel staff. It was as if one of the upper ups told them, "You know that couple in room 1208? Make sure they have a really great time." The staff tended to our every need in a pleasant, efficient, and generous fashion. When we left I felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends. The location also served well, just a short walk to the beach and taxi stand, should one be needed. There were piles of local pubs, restaurants, and other services. The hotel spa was a highlight, where they pampered me with a Turkish bath and massage. More than once. Heavenly. Definitely take advantage of it while there. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was enough to keep me satisfied all day, and the restaurant offered a creative and delicious dinner menu. Finally, the pool was modern, convenient, and comfortable for all day lounging if so desired. As you can tell, we loved staying here. I travel a lot, and count the Four Hills a fabulous discovery to be kept in the rolodex for future use."
