We had a fantastic stay! Every detail was well-thought-out, including the hand warmers, face products, toothbrush, combs, hair clips, bathing cloths, slippers, and pyjamas. The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, providing sponges, children slippers, and step stools for the little ones. Perfect location for USJ visitors—we’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends!

Beautiful hotel very convenient access to move around close to restaurant and transportation
When it comes to room cleaning the only change towels every day we stay 4 days and never clean our room. Give water every day
Breakfast too expensive. What I notice is hotels have cut many essentials services in the name of the environment but charge more even do they their cost is less
Small words hotel is decent and yes I recommend it

Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.
