"A hidden gem! A beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage right in the middle of the forest, in the heart of nature. Lovely staff and service. They even arranged a last minute safari for me, which was worth it. The restaurant serves organic and fresh meals (veg only) and the view of the lake is spectacular! The host even took us for a walk around the areas and we saw some lovely birds. This place is worth every penny. Highly recommended. "

"The location is paradise, the staff were amazing the food was wonderful… if thinking about booking my advice would be, not to hesitate, we do 2 safari’s book on the day of arrival with the hotel… there own vehicle & driver lunch & refreshments were provided, an all round amazing experience in this little slice of Paradise with zero light pollution (if you like star gazing)"

"Absolutely loved this hotel, wish we had more time here. Outstanding service, pleasant staff and fantastic surroundings. Our room overlooked the ocean and it was lovely to watch the monkeys bounding on the balcony and the properties. The bathroom had an open air concept and you could look at the stars while you shower. The hotel is built sympathetically to the surroundings. Good choices for breakfast and dinner buffets. Great base for Yala safari. Even with early starts you could request a packed breakfast. Pool area is lovely and we enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar. Cannot recommend this hotel enough."

Darshika, Jehan, and Sadun, whose exceptional service made the experience even more memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. "The stay was amazing. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by the owners of the property who showed exceptional hospitality. The room was really nice and clean with an amazing view of the surroundings. The food was 10/10 with a selection of both local and international options. The owners helped with arranging a jeep for the safari and were ready to help with any other requests. I would highly recommend staying at the property if you’re going for the Yala Jungle Safari. "

"There was a problem with our reservation as apparently hotels.com bookings do not transfer over to the hotels system and therefore they had no record of our booking. This meant that they did not have the rooms that we had booked available. The hotel owner/manager was very helpful in finding us different rooms but these were not what had been reserved and meant that we had to separate family members which was not ideal for a week. Other than that the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The pool was really nice (although the area around it could be improved) and the location was perfect for access to the beach and restaurants. "
