"While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton."

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always professional and quick to assist with any requests. Every meal was fresh and well prepared, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into the dining experience.
