"The staff was beyond nice! When I was scammed and left in a jungle village by a grab-driver, they went to come pick me up, gave me food and respected my wishes when I told them I was mainly there to relax on my own and didn’t want to be disturbed all too much"

Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold ..."
