This house has everything you would want. It was very clean and laid out very well for family and friends. We liked it so much we have already reserved for next year.

Gigantisch schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt Nichts! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Restaurants und Imbiss alles innerhalb weniger Gehminuten (unter 5 Minuten) erreichbar. Spielplatz direkt nebenan. Strand in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Das alles machte es für uns zu einem stressfreien erholsamen Familienurlaub!

Perfekte Lage für einen Ostseeurlaub mit Kind.

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind) waren eine Woche zu Gast in der FeWo. Diese befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage: Vom Balkon aus hat man das Kind auf dem Spielplatz direkt im Blick. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker. Zwei Gehminuten bis zum Supermarkt, einer Apotheke oder zum Italiener. Und der Strand mit direkt vor der Türe. Besser geht es eigentlich gar nicht. Die FeWo an sich ist im EG und schnell/ gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist weitestgehend funktionell. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Kleiner Hinweis: die Gläser befinden sich links unten im TV Schrank. Das ganze Haus verfügt über eigene Reinigungskräfte. Diese nahmen allerdings ihre wichtige Aufgabe, zumindest in unserem Durchlauf, nicht so genau. Dies haben wir bereits auch mit der Vermieterin abgestimmt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr engagiert und bemüht um Ihre FeWo. Der Kontakt zu ihr gestaltete sich tadellos. Die Anreise war entspannt und recht unkompliziert. Den Schlüssel haben wir schnell bekommen und der Weg bis zum Parkhaus war in 5 Minuten erledigt. Die Parklücke im Parkhaus ist für längere Autos (unseres ist 4605 cm lang) schon sportlich zu manövrieren, aber mit genügend Geduld machbar. Man erreicht die Fewo vom Parkhaus gut über den Aufzug, oder auch über wenige Treppen. Alles in allem würden wir gerne wieder buchen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Lage ist als , besser geht es nicht, zu beschreiben. Hier und da würden wir etwas ändern aber im großen und ganzen würden wir auch gerne wiederkommen wenn es passen würde.

Mutter/Tochter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse (gebrechliche, gehbehinderte Seniorin) ideal: Fahrstuhl im Haus, Balkon , Duschhocker, Toilettenerhöhung, gepflasterte Strandpromenade direkt vor der Tür, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Tolle Kurztrip

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Objekt am " Haus am Meer"! Tolle kleine Fewo mit super Lage und tollem Ausblick! Auch wichtig zu Erwähnen,ist die sehr nette Vermieterin dieses Objektes. Der persönliche Kontakt hat uns gut gefallen und geholfen bei der schnellen Abwicklung der spontanen Buchung! Vielen Dank , wir kommen gern wieder!

Zimmer mit Aussicht

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn West. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an der Strandpromenade, ein Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Fenster, was uns aber nicht störte in der Nebensaison.Die Ferienwohnung ist mit liebe eingerichtet und die Vermieterin trat mit uns direkt in Kontakt und fragte nach Wünsche oder Probleme, was ich sehr gut fand. Beim Tiefgaragenstellplatz war das einparken sehr schweißtreibend, es ist ziemlich eng bemessen, aber wir haben es geschafft. Beim Ausflug mit der Bäderbahn muss man sich sehr gut festhalten, mit meiner 82 jährigen Mutter war es teilweise grenzwertig wegen der Sturzgefahr. Wer laufen kann sollte lieber laufen. Die Fahrt mit dem Molli kann ich empfehlen ,Bad Doberan ist auch schön anzuschauen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub direkt am Meer, was will man sonst!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung war Bestens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Bäcker direkt in der Nähe. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr dunkel , da das Fenster ins Treppenhaus geht. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin 1a.

Perfekt für Urlaub mit kleinem Kind

Wir haben Urlaub mit unserem 5-jährigen Enkel gemacht und dafür war die Wohnung und ihre Lage perfekt geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Frau Blanken war ausgesprochen freundlich. Danach waren keine Fragen mehr offen:)
