「Terrible checkin, hotel that is not managed, not cared for. No towel in room, toilet leaking, no hot water, no bed sheet to sleep under. Desolate place. To be avoided by any means.」

「This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have...
