Late check in around 2 am, hotel management considerate to give late check put at 1.30 pm. Big room, big space for the kids to play and for prayer. Will come again

its a nice hotel. the price is cheap (less than rm200/night). no free breakfast is fine becoz its located near to (walking distance) mamak restaurant. mydin is also nearby. the room is spacious, we love it! but i'm not sure why they placed the fridge inside the toilet (its a bit awkward for us). kettle is clean! room is fine, except that there is a lot of hair under the bed when we checked in (we had to moved the bed bcoz my kids toy rolled under). we had a nice stay at the hotel. and wil definitely come again. 😁

Hotel located at the heart of the town, walking distance to kuantan UTC, mydin Clean facility Front deck staff are really nice and helpful Especially me Zul, helping me refund my payment as I’m being charged two times The only thing that can be improved will be the carpark spaces All the best to this hotel Will definitely recommend them to others

I like the location of property . Counter service for check-in is ok . I'm was check-in for 2 night but the second day the reception call ask to check-out and tell me I booking for 1 night only. Cleanliness for room is good but the housekeeping not do the job, not make up the room. Aircond is not functioning well, i'm was complain and send the people to check but not to do anything

The ram to parking lot is very steep and narrow. Water leak everywhere inside wash room and cafe cleanliness was very bad because I can see lizard dung on bread toster.

Great customer service!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I forgetfully left my phone in the room after checking out; 1 hour later when I showed up, the receptionist just handed me my phone. Thank you to the honest and great staff! The room was big and clean, amenities were great , and the breakfast buffet was good.

4/5 is a rating that is too much for this hotel (bunch of lazy reviewers or possible never experienced good boutique hotel ever). In my opinion, the bèst could be 2 or 3. The towels werent clean, the beds werent comfortable, and to my biggest disappointment, the room was warm despite leaving the aircond temperature at the lowest and at full fan speed. A quick checked revealed the split unit had it filter panel clogged. Breakfast was tasty, but variety was poor. So is this place a value for money? Top up another RM20 and you will definitely get better value. Far better than what i experienced during my stay. I am just being honest so that the hotel management will not take lazy reviews for granted, and continue to live in the bubble that what they serve is a "value meal". Please improve.
